About Us
Roan Mountain Bed and Breakfast is jointly owned by Robert and Katrina Morgan and Steve and Ann Campbell. Robert is pastor of the Donelson Fellowship, a church in Nashville, Tennessee (www.donelson.org and is author of numerous books on Christian living (www.robertjmorgan.com).
Steve and Ann Campbell are your hosts. They are retired employees of the Carter County School System where Ann taught art and Steve was the coordinator for special education programs. They have two grown children and now enjoy meeting guests and sharing their part of the mountain with guests. Steve also enjoys the art of wood carving and Ann enjoys spending time working on her watercolor paintings. The watercolor paintings and carvings can be seen through out the B & B as well as the books written by Robert J. Morgan.
Steve and Ann are very familiar with the area and can help you plan activities to make you vacation memorable. There are many hiking opportunities (the Appalachian Trail runs through Roan Mountain) There is a beautiful lake with boating close by as well as horseback riding and wonderful options for dining!
